Soffit

The Soffit is the board that you see the most from street level underneath your roof’s overhang. Soffits should always be ventilated to allow the flow of air into the attic to provide proper air circulation.
Without proper ventilation, condensation will form in the attic which can create icicles in the winter months.

Soffit is usually the same color as your home’s siding but depending on your own personal tastes and preferences can be a different color of your choice.

Soffit can be in three materials from wood, aluminum or vinyl. It’s important that you have a soffit material that suits the climate you live in. For homeowners in North America, aluminum soffit is your best option.

Aluminum soffits are the most durable and enhances your property value versus vinyl.

Fascia

The fascia is a straight aluminum board along the lower edge of the roof. It’s important because it covers the wood of your home, where the gutters are mounted to making it barely visible.

Fascia is an aluminum flat roll which we can customize and shape to your needs.
There are 3 types of fascia possible gauge of strength and customized length,

The higher the number the stronger the Fascia:

0.22 Gauge Aluminum
0.27 Gauge Aluminum
0.32 Gauge Aluminum

Each piece of aluminum fascia is customized to the shape of your house. The most common shapes being:

double bend
triple bend
quadruple bend

ACM Gouttières sont passés chez nous pour faire l'évaluation des coûts, sont repartis et m'on envoyé une soumission détailée par courriel très peu de temps après leurs visite. Ensuite au moment venu, ils m'ont confirmé leur arrivée le lendemain à des heures spécifiques. A leur arrivée, 2 personnes ont préparé leurs installations et ont fait un travail remarquable! Ils nous ont fournis un service à la clientèle qu'on voit rarement de nos jours. Ils ont répondu à nos questions et nous ont offerts des conseils. En ce qui nous concernent les 3 personnes que nous avons rencontrées de ACM Gouttières étaient tous polis, souriant et très professionnels.
